Flávio is a Manchester DJ and vinyl collector with one rule through every set: keep it underground. Sets move by instinct — a deep house groove into a forgotten electro cut, a UKG roller, a disco classic — built to keep the floor moving and the room guessing.
Vinyl is the default. Years of digging make the selections personal. Digital is there when the night needs it. Regular rooms include Eastern Bloc, Ramona and Stage & Radio, with festival appearances at Wibbly Woods and Outward Festival. Recent recorded sets: Banditcast 006 for Bandits On Wax (August 2026, one hour, 100% wax) and Baked Sessions 019 (October 2025, four hours on vinyl). Represented by Clockwork Artists.
Flávio is a Manchester-based DJ and vinyl collector whose sets are shaped by digging, not by a lane. Underground deep house, tech house, UK garage, electro, techno, downtempo, disco and boogie all sit in the same bag. The through-line is energy — never one genre for a whole night.
Vinyl sits at the centre of the sound. Years of collecting make the selections feel personal. The format never gets in the way of the music: Flávio will run a full digital setup when the room calls for it.
Based in Manchester, Flávio plays the city’s underground rooms — Eastern Bloc, Ramona, Stage & Radio — and has appeared at Wibbly Woods and Outward Festival. Whether it is a packed club, a festival field or a late floor, the approach stays the same.
